Advanced Inspection (If Needed)

• Moisture Mapping: We use thermal imaging cameras and moisture meters to find "cold spots" or dampness hidden inside your walls. This finds the water source.
• Air/Surface Sampling (Optional): If mold is suspected but not visible, we can take air or surface samples. These are sent to an independent, accredited lab. This can tell us the type of mold and the concentration of spores in your air.

The Remediation Plan

• Based on our findings, we will provide you with a detailed, written estimate and a remediation protocol. This plan will outline the exact steps for containment, removal, and cleaning.

• Is a mold test necessary? Not always. If you have a 10-foot patch of visible black mold, you don't need a test to tell you it's mold. The money is better spent on removal. We only recommend testing when the problem is hidden or for post-remediation clearance.
• Can't I just use a home test kit? We strongly advise against it. Those kits are inaccurate and can't tell you the difference between normal background spores and an active infestation.
