Advanced Inspection (If Needed)

• Moisture Mapping: We use thermal imaging cameras and moisture meters to find "cold spots" or dampness hidden inside your walls. This finds the water source.
• Air/Surface Sampling (Optional): If mold is suspected but not visible, we can take air or surface samples. These are sent to an independent, accredited lab. This can tell us the type of mold and the concentration of spores in your air.
